Collect better data with less effort, while staying connected to the office & shop (requires HeavyJob).

• TIME CARDS: We've got the easiest time cards in the industry! Save hours each month by ditching pen & paper for an app foremen actually want to use. Just tap to enter time & production, even across multiple jobs, with or without Internet.
• DIARY: Record weather with 1 tap from GPS, tag days with searchable keywords, & note events with speech-to-text.
• PHOTOS: Take photos, draw notes on them, & share with the office.
• NEEDS: Need more resources to meet production goals? Send requests directly to your dispatcher (requires HCSS Dispatcher).
• MAINTENANCE: Prevent costly breakdowns & other equipment downtime by instantly sharing issues with your shop (requires Equipment360).
• MATERIALS & SUBS (iPad only): Track materials received & installed on site to improve invoicing accuracy & boost timely payments.
• FORMS (iPad only): Collect owner-requested info with PDF forms that can automatically fill themselves with data from your app. Or, manually fill any form custom-built by the office.
